Have you used PPM to install this module or have you attempted to do it manually? If you're doing it manually, then you need to ensure that the "AdminMisc.dll" file is present in the Perl\bin and Perl\site\lib\auto\Win32\AdminMisc directories.

<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
