Excellent list, congratulations!
I could have missed them, but it seems a few nice sites aren't mentioned you might want to include:
- http://www.perl.com somewhere, a lot of interesting articles can be found there, as well as a nice tip of the day.
- Also http://use.perl.org is a good news site on Perl, although the most important stuff gets mentioned on PerlMonks as well.
I didn't check, but if no similar resource is available this would be a nice entry for the tutorial section or the FAQs.
Just my 2 cents, -gjb-

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
