It is obviously better when what we, programmers, write is totally incomprehensible to the layman who (who knows?) might be tempted to steal our jobs.

Gosh, stop using Perl. The following is so much better:

MOV AL, 1h MOV CL, 2h MOV DL, 3h (...)
