I cheated over the Thanksgiving holiday and had carbs. I am on the Atkins diet. I've already dropped 3 inches off my waist/20 pounds in 1.5 months. I feel freakin excellent! Thanksgiving was the big cheating day. Christmas will be easy. Viva la Meat! :)
