I would like to thank the members of the perlmonks.org
community. My only connection for news(while at work) is
the internet, and as most of us know, many news sites were
slow or down during the tragic events on Sept. 11. The
other members of this site helped keep myself and others
informed of the events, as well as allowing us to share
thoughts and feelings about the events.
I feel proud to be a part of a community that reacted in such
a helpful and intelligent way. I would again like to offer my
thanks to all members of this site, as well as my condolences
to all who are affected by this tragedy.
Thank You,
--xPhase

Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
<code> <a> <b> <big>
<blockquote> <br /> <dd>
<dl> <dt> <em> <font>
<h1> <h2> <h3> <h4>
<h5> <h6> <hr /> <i>
<li> <nbsp> <ol> <p>
<small> <strike> <strong>
  <table>
<td> <th> <tr> <tt>
<u> <ul>
-
Snippets of code should be wrapped in
<code> tags not
<pre> tags. In fact, <pre>
tags should generally be avoided. If they must
be used, extreme care should be
taken to ensure that their contents do not
have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent
horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor
intervention).
