PM site administration happens when the site admins can find the time. I'm not particularly surprised that the time was found during holidays. Poor timing, unfortunately. It is fun to dream up conspiracy theories, but I don't see how the theorhetical conspirators get an advantage by doing this particular stuff over a holiday.

    I listed three of the common exclusions. The other two--short notice & lack of public notice are probably more relevant here.

    Though the fact that PM is as quiet as a grave at weekends compared to weekdays, suggests that many monks only visit this place from work.
