That's a pretty arrogant approach, our working language is German.

Our working language is German, too. That's why we force our international clients from the aerospace and medical industry to accept that we only communicate in German, including all of our product documentation. We also force our suppliers to deliver all data sheets and other product documentation, including support, in German language, else we refuse to use their products. It was quite hard to find a supplier for a German C toolchain, but we finally succeeded. That's how our code looks like:

#einschluß <standardbücherei.kopf> #einschluß <standardeingabeausgabe.kopf> #einschluß <zeichenketten.kopf> ganzezahl hauptprogramm(ganzezahl parameteranzahl, zeichen ** paraemet +erliste) { schreibezeichenkette("Hallo Welt, wir sprechen nur Deutsch!"); funktionsrückgabe 0; }

Now, we just have to find someone who is able to deliver an ARM-based microcontroller will full German product documentation. Or Z80, perhaps? 8051, anyone? Hell, we would accept a 4004 clone if only the product documentation is in German.

Best viewed with a good irony detector.

Use:  <p> text here (a paragraph) </p>
and:  <code> code here </code>
to format your post; it's "PerlMonks-approved HTML":

  • Are you posting in the right place? Check out Where do I post X? to know for sure.
  • Posts may use any of the Perl Monks Approved HTML tags. Currently these include the following:
    <code> <a> <b> <big> <blockquote> <br /> <dd> <dl> <dt> <em> <font> <h1> <h2> <h3> <h4> <h5> <h6> <hr /> <i> <li> <nbsp> <ol> <p> <small> <strike> <strong>   <table> <td> <th> <tr> <tt> <u> <ul>
  • Snippets of code should be wrapped in <code> tags not <pre> tags. In fact, <pre> tags should generally be avoided. If they must be used, extreme care should be taken to ensure that their contents do not have long lines (<70 chars), in order to prevent horizontal scrolling (and possible janitor intervention).
  • Want more info? How to link or How to display code and escape characters are good places to start.
